You can charge them for your services whatever you want — $99, $999, $9,999 — the options are only limited by what your client is willing to pay. Kartra will charge you $59, regardless of what you charge them.

If they purchased their account from you, you can charge your customers however you choose to charge. Maybe it's an invoice. Maybe it's through Kartra. Maybe it's for 6 chickens and 3 goats. Whatever floats your Agency boat.

The answer to this is...it’s really up to you, and depends on how you set up your client accounts. If you choose to be the owner of all your client accounts (and own all their assets so they can’t take everything and run), then you are responsible for the billing. However, if you prefer to work as a contractor and you want your clients to pay Kartra directly, simply have them purchase their account individually and then connect it to your account.

This really depends on how you choose to structure your agency clients. If you choose to own the client account yourself, you won’t get an affiliate payment, but you will get a 40% discount ( which is the same percentage as an affiliate commission). Then, you set the price for your client, and bill the client separately, effectively earning you more than an affiliate commission would. On the other hand, if you choose to have the client own their account and handle billing themselves, then yes, you can earn an affiliate commission as long as you give them your affiliate link to purchase Kartra with.

Think of it this way — as an affiliate, you earn a 40% commission on every sale you refer. As an Agency, you're paying for your clients’ accounts (and then separately billing them), at a 40% discount. We've essentially just built in the commission as a discount to make for less money swapping.

No need to sweat shared metering — each sub-account has its own usage-independent metering based on the plan you select for that client — all of which are offered to you at a 40% discount.

You have the power here. If YOU want to let your clients log in, these yes, you can create login credentials for them to poke around. But remember, as an Agency, you're in control of your client accounts, so you need to allow them in (if you choose to do so), and you decide the level of access a client gets. They can have full access to edit, limited to just view certain things, or no access at all.

At this time, you can co-brand with your Agency in the email footer, if you so choose.

You betcha! When setting up a client account inside your agency, you just need to import them as an independent account, instead of as an account you own. The only downside to moving over existing clients that already have Kartra is you won’t get a sweet affiliate commission or monthly discount for owning the account, unless you were previously an affiliate on the account when they signed up.   

We don't believe in limiting our customers, so we've chosen to make sub-accounts something you purchase separately (at a 40% discount). This way, you're not paying for anything you don't need, and you're not limited in how many sub-accounts you have.
